Job Description

Chesmi Consolidated Pvt Limited is a leading distributor of telecommunication products and services in Sri Lanka. Our areas of expertise also cover property development and management, hospitality, and tourism. We are Looking for Energetic, self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude to join our team for the post of Marketing & Client Relations Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee our company’s luxury property portfolio, and create and execute marketing strategies to ensure maximum occupancy rates and profitability.
Handle reservations made through various online platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, direct calls, etc… Ensure all bookings are accurately processed, and availability and rates are regularly updated.
Promptly respond to guest inquiries, addressing and resolving any issues, concerns, or complaints from guests in a friendly manner.
Manage the company’s social media channels, create engaging content, and monitor and update company websites and digital advertising campaigns.

Requirements:

Degree in Marketing / Hospitality Management or CIM/SLIM or any other similar qualification.
Minimum 03 years of experience in Hospitality, Marketing and Customer Service, or related field.
Experience in Digital/Social media marketing and managing online booking channels.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office package.
