Our Marketing and Ads Team is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead the charge. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, manage a team, and make a significant impact in the industry.
Responsibilities :
– Keep up with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies to
support content & marketing activities for multiple platforms
– Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
– Provide direction & support to ads creation & related processes
– Monitor ads processes & maintain Team’s productivity & output quality
– Setup & accomplish OKRs, and KPIs utilizing Continuous Performance
Evaluation Frameworks
– Analyze data to evaluate the success of their ad campaigns and come
up with new ideas to improve ad results
– Support content marketing operations
– Plan and lead paid marketing operations
Requirements:
– At least 1 year of experience Managing Teams concerned with
producing quality creative output ( Content, Ads, Graphics )
– Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
with cross-functional teams
– Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends,
technologies, and best practices in digital advertising
– Ability to utilize data & provide creative insights
