Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will need to have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Creating and implementing marketing strategies that give the best organizational results.
Guiding students to select the best career development programs that match with their educational background, talents and passions.
Providing high-quality customer services and maintaining relationships with the students and parents
Lead generation and inquiry follow-up
Responsible for customer care and satisfaction
Organizing and conducting promotional campaigns (both online, social media and physical events)

Qualifications

Full/ Part professional qualification in Marketing
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience (preferably in the education field)
Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be a definite advantage)
Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills
Pleasing personality
Willingness to work on set targets and performance-based reward structures
Partnership qualities over the salaried employment
