Job Description

The role of the Marketing Executive is to recommend, assist, create and execute marketing strategies, plans and programs that build on customer insights for the company.

The Marketing Executive will drive local marketing initiatives to contribute to overall revenue targets. Conceptualize, develop, and execute marketing plans and campaigns to drive service, product, and solution offerings of Tech One.

Responsibilities

• Conduct local research to tap into potential segments and opportunities in the market and to reference this in the formulation of marketing plans and strategies.
• Execute traditional and digital marketing for demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based activities. 
• Coordinate with suppliers, partner agencies, and stakeholders to finalize production of marketing collaterals, online marketing requirements, and events.
• Ensure customer database, client prospect list and leads generated from marketing and sales activities are registered and monitored via CRM.
• Take ownership in CRM and Microsoft program management
•  Manage the production and effective distribution of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters 
• Maintain and update customer databases 
• Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions 
• Source and secure sponsorship when necessary 
•  Conduct market research and build on customer feedback 
• Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partner organizations 
• Source/Advertise opportunities and place adverts in the press, online or on the radio  
• Create annual marketing plans and strategies 
•  Work with global marketing team in managing and maintaining the social media pages of the company 
•  Work with global marketing team in managing the email marketing initiatives of the company 
•  Work with global marketing team in copy development for social media images, flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials 
•   Work with global marketing team in developing local press kits for events 

Qualifications

• Degree or any related qualifications (SLIM/ CIM)
• An outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Foundational marketing and campaign management experience
• Project management skills
