Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus
– Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in using virtual communication tools, document management software, and the Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
