We are looking for an Operations Administrator who will responsible for a wide range of duties, including:
- Maintain accurate employee data in our HR systems.
- Support the compilation and completion of monthly payroll.
- Assist with right to work checks and visa processes.
- Handle onboarding activities for new joiners.
- Resolve employee queries related to HR and administration.
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Liaise with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure process adherence.
- Schedule in-house and external meetings.
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
- Suggest improvements to policies and processes.
- Manage office supplies.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications for an ideal candidate:
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in using HR systems and other relevant software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Previous experience in a similar administrative or HR support role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is a plus
