Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple hotels in Sri Lanka, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize hotel performance, including revenue generation, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments, including housekeeping, front office, sales, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as required to achieve financial targets and operational excellence.
• Lead and motivate a team of hotel staff, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring the highest levels of productivity and guest service.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Maintain effective communication channels with senior management, providing regular reports on hotel performance, challenges, and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, sales, and food and beverage.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth, cost management, and profitability in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
• Flexibility to travel between properties in Sri Lanka as required.
