Job Description

We are a leading recruiting company searching for a skilled and proactive Personal Assistant to join the team of our client company. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth functioning of various office tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing diaries, compiling reports, scheduling meetings, responding to correspondence, and handling general secretarial functions.

Location: Rajagiriya

Key Responsibilities:
– Perform general secretarial and administrative tasks to support the company’s operations
– Manage diaries, coordinate appointments, and schedule meetings efficiently
– Prepare agendas and compile reports as required by the management
– Respond to routine correspondence and follow up on meetings and action items
– Work independently and proactively, displaying discipline and self-motivation
– Demonstrate excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English
– Possess good public relations skills and effective communication abilities
– Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (email), and the internet proficiently
– Exhibit high computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Handle correspondence independently and maintain proper documentation
– Showcase excellent interpersonal skills and take initiative when needed
– Demonstrate efficient office management, organizing, and time management abilities

Key Requirements:
– Minimum of three (03) years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity
– Secretarial or Administrative qualification from a recognized institution would be advantageous
– Proficiency in general secretarial functions and office administration
– Strong command of the English language (both oral and written)
– Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (email), and the internet
– Demonstrated ability to work independently and without constant supervision
– Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary Range: 150,00.00 – 200,00.00 LKR
