Job Description

Trillium Group is a diversified Real Estate Development Company with interests in Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality, and IT.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant to support the Directors of our company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and personal support to the Directors, managing their schedules, and coordinating their activities.

The Personal Assistant will act as an extension of the Directors and will be required to quickly adapt and understand their business needs.


  • Manage the calendars, including scheduling appointments, and meetings.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and other activities.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Draft correspondence and other documents on behalf of the Directors.
  • Ensure the Directors offices are organised well.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Maintain Record and filing of all correspondence and important information.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Directors for external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Directors.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as required.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Having a Legal Background is an added qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong Proficiency with the use of English and Sinhala Languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in the use of Canva and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant who can quickly adapt and understand the needs of the Chairman and the Directors.

Salary + Allowances: LKR 150,00 per Month (Salary is dependent on skills, and past experience)

Trainee Personal Assistant Positions are available for candidates with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at LKR 100,00 per month.
