 Position:  Sinhala Teacher online teaching

Responsibilities:

• Teaching the students the assigned subject matter
• Updating daily attendance for each student
• Ability to make use of relevant technology to host classes
• Willingness to engage with our administrative team to meet the goals of ESN.
• Willingness to assist ESN in fulfilling its marketing strategies by providing innovative ideas to stimulate company growth.
• Willing to be involved in processes where the focus lies on marketing and promoting the company. (eg: Voluntary Cooperation in producing content such as promotional videos for our social media pages).

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in education, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the tutoring industry with a proven track record of student success.
• In-depth knowledge of exams and test-taking strategies.
• Strong familiarity with the O/L, and A/L local curriculum in the Sinhala syllabus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• The ability to conduct home visits and have the necessary technological equipment to teach classes are a must.
• A team player with an outgoing personality who can also work independently.
• Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies whenever necessary.
