Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will work closely with the sales team to identify and understand customer requirements, and to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. You will be responsible for demonstrating product capabilities and benefits to customers, responding to technical inquiries, and delivering technical presentations. You will also work closely with the product development team to provide customer feedback and ensure that products meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Respond to technical inquiries and provide solutions to customer problems.
• Work closely with the product development team to provide customer feedback and ensure that products meet customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical expertise in our products and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, including project scope, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Participate in trade shows and other marketing events to promote our products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a technical pre-sales role for at least 1 year.
• Excellent communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of software products.
• Experience with enterprise software solutions and cloud computing
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Prior work in HR domain and having worked with foreign clients would be an advantage
