Pre Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding Products/Services: Developing a deep understanding of the company’s products or services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. This knowledge is essential for effectively communicating with potential customers.
  • Lead Generation: Assisting in lead generation activities, which may involve researching potential clients, identifying decision-makers, and gathering contact information. This helps the sales team target the right audience.
  • Qualifying Leads: Evaluating and qualifying leads based on established criteria to determine their potential as viable opportunities. This helps prioritize efforts and focus on leads that are more likely to convert into sales.
  • Customer Communication: Engaging with potential customers through various communication channels, such as emails, phone calls, or online chats. Junior Pre-Sales Executives may provide initial product information, answer questions, and set up appointments for more in-depth discussions.
  • Sales Presentations: Assisting in preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients. This may involve creating slides, gathering relevant data, and rehearsing the presentation with the sales team.
  • Solution Customization: Collaborating with the sales and technical teams to tailor product offerings to meet the specific needs of potential clients. This might involve suggesting custom solutions or modifications to the standard offerings.
  • Proposal and Quote Preparation: Supporting the creation of sales proposals and quotes by providing accurate product information, pricing details, and other relevant information. Ensuring that proposals align with client requirements and company capabilities.
  • Competitor Analysis: Keeping track of competitor offerings, market trends, and industry developments. This knowledge can help the sales team position their products or services effectively.

Requirements:

  • A Minimum of 1 year experience working in a software company.
  • Experience in a pre sales role at an enterprise level.
  • A degree in IT, Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing, are required.
  • Time management and prioritization skills.
  • An ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and prioritize accordingly.
