Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Pre-Sales Manager with expertise in Data Center, Networking, Cybersecurity, and Cloud technologies. This role requires a visionary leader who can guide our pre-sales efforts, transforming technical capabilities into compelling solutions for our clients. As the Pre-Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by providing strategic guidance, technical leadership, and fostering collaboration across these dynamic domains


  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of pre-sales engineers and specialists, inspiring technical excellence and customer-centric focus.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate closely with sales teams to deeply understand customer requirements, and then design comprehensive solutions that align with their business objectives across Data Center, Networking, Cybersecurity, and Cloud landscapes.
  • Technical Presentations: Conduct engaging technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our integrated solutions to clients.
  • Strategic Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal departments, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Product Enhancement: Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide insights from the field, enabling continuous product improvement and innovation that addresses customer needs.
  • Proposal Development: Participate in the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation, ensuring alignment between customer needs and our offerings.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to shape our solutions and maintain our competitive edge.
  • Team Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to the pre-sales team, fostering both technical growth and effective interpersonal skills development.


  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in pre-sales or technical sales roles encompassing Data Center, Networking, Cybersecurity, and Cloud technologies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of data center architectures, networking protocols, cybersecurity best practices, and cloud computing concepts.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, CISSP, AWS, Azure, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities to craft innovative solutions that align with business goals.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
