Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer pain points, requirements, and objectives.
  • Develop customized solutions and proposals that address customer needs, collaborating with the Technical & Business Analysis teams while showcasing the company’s products or services.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and technical specifications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to the company’s solutions.
  • Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, presentations, and meetings to understand their challenges and educate them on the company’s offerings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits, tailoring presentations to match specific customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure a cohesive and effective pre-sales process.
  • Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, RFP Responses, and sales materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of the company’s solutions.
  • Customize content to address client-specific requirements and objections.
  • Translate customer needs into technical requirements, collaborating with the technical team to ensure accurate solution recommendations.
  • Address technical inquiries and provide clarification on product capabilities.
  • Analyze competitors’ products and services to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats compared to the company’s offerings.
  • Position the company’s solutions effectively against competitors in presentations and discussions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their evolving needs and preferences.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights and guidance to assist clients in making informed decisions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Share market insights with the sales and marketing teams to drive strategy development.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have prior experience in pre-sales.
  • You possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • You have strong presentation skills.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
