As a Pricing Associate, your primary responsibility will be to support and contribute to the pricing strategy of the company. You will work closely with the pricing team to analyze market data, competitive pricing, and customer segmentation to ensure the company’s products and services are priced appropriately. Your insights and recommendations will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities
– Conduct market research and analysis to understand current industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive pricing strategies.
– Analyze historical sales data to identify pricing opportunities and recommend adjustments to maximize revenue and profitability.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and finance to develop pricing strategies for new products and services.
– Monitor product performance and conduct regular price sensitivity analysis to optimize pricing models.
– Provide support in price negotiations with customers/vendors to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
– Possess at least part qualifications in AAT / CA Sri Lanka /ACCA/CIMA.
– 1-2 years of experience in pricing analysis or finance related field.
– Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
– Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
