Job Description

Infomate (Pvt) Ltd is a Business Process Management (BPM) solutions provider specialized in finance and accounting services. We are a fully owned subsidiary of John Keells Group of companies.

Process Associate – Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities

Outstanding follow ups with customers including dispute resolution.
Review and analyse of debtors ageing reports, Bad debts workings and other related financials.
Govern and monitoring operational compliance of credit policy.
Preparation of management reports, dashboards and conduct reviews.
Works with business units and other internal support functions for daily operational work.
Support on credit related requests and complaint monitoring.
Ensuring the KPIs are met.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree or a part qualification in CA, ACCA, CIMA or CMA.
1+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, Reconciliation & Credit Follow up.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Sound knowledge in MS Excel is mandatory.
Experience in SAP is an added advantage.
