Job Title : Procurement Manager (02 positions)

Job Summary:

Our client is looking for an accomplished Procurement Manager to join their team to play a pivotal role in Procurement ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services necessary for their manufacturing operations.

Special Highlights:

Our client is seeking for TWO experienced procurement managers:

  1. Procurement Manager with specialization in Direct Procurement – Capex, Maintenance Repairs, Operations and Projects
  2. Procurement Manager with specialization in Indirect Procurement services


  • Gross Salary : Open

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute procurement strategies for direct materials, production machinery, and equipment to support manufacturing needs and quality standards.
  2. Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to understand project requirements and align procurement strategies.
  3. Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and on-time delivery.
  4. Manage procurement activities for capital expenditure projects, including budget management and timeline adherence.
  5. Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect categories, including but not limited to facilities, maintenance, IT, marketing, and professional services.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.
  7. Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Supply Chain Management/Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial Engineering related field.
  • MBA would be an added advantage
  • Proven experience of overall 08 – 10 years+ experience in a manufacturing environment.
