Job Description

With seven years of experience, we hand-hold technology projects from incubation to successful delivery, working side by side with our partners, vendors, and customers. We represent technology solutions under cyber security, data, and connectivity practices and enable local technology integrators to have access to, practice, and deploy these technology solutions.

We believe that there is always a better way to access innovation. We are looking for a Product Manager for our NGXESS team.

Responsibilities

Achieves new partner acquisition by developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within the Sri Lanka and Maldives.
Managing the SI partners effectively and efficiently to ensure a profitable ROI result that meets company expectations.
Motivate, train, and guiding Partner’s staff and sales executives to achieve sales quotas.
Coordinate and conduct training on weekly wise to partners on product features and its advantages.
Should be able to visit customer’s daily basis and need to visit outstation partners bi- weekly wise.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years experience in handling (Solution Integrators) Partners Island wide.
Proven expertise and exposure to distribution operations in the IT field preferably in Network switching, Access points and Passive products.
A highly motivated and target driven individual with a proven track record in sales.
