Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the product strategy and roadmap for our flagship offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure the successful development, launch, and ongoing enhancement of our product. This is a hands-on role that requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, considering market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to translate requirements into product specifications and ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Champion the customer experience by conducting user research, gathering feedback, and continuously improving product usability.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging.
• Monitor product performance, conduct data analysis, and make data-driven recommendations for product enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a technology-focused company.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
