Job Description

Excellent work opportunity to work with the leading US law firm.

Timing: 4:30 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST

Monday to Saturday working

Roles & Responsibilities of Project Manager:

1. Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan, including defining project goals, objectives, tasks, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

2. Project Execution: Lead project teams to execute the plan, ensuring that tasks are assigned, progress is monitored, and milestones are achieved.

3. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and meet project objectives.

4. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce project quality standards, conducting regular quality reviews, and ensuring that deliverables meet the required specifications.

5. Change Management: Identify and manage project scope changes, assessing their impact on timelines, resources, and objectives, and communicating changes to stakeholders.

6. Project Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and Key Result Areas (KRAs), and generate regular status reports to keep stakeholders informed.

7. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

8. Team Performance Audit: Audit the team’s work to ensure adherence to project standards, processes, and quality expectations. Identify areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as business, engineering, or computer science) is typically required. A master’s degree or project management certification is a plus.

Experience: Proven experience as a project manager, demonstrating successful management of projects from initiation to closure. Experience in auditing team work and tracking KRAs and KPIs is desirable.
