  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Project Managers act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, team members, and executives. They provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts or issues that arise during the project. Effective communication is crucial to maintain stakeholder engagement and support.
  • Project Planning: Project Managers are responsible for creating a comprehensive project plan that includes defining project goals, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and budget constraints. They collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Team Management: Project Managers assemble and lead project teams, including IT professionals, developers, designers, and other stakeholders. They assign tasks, set clear expectations, and provide guidance to team members throughout the project lifecycle. Effective communication and fostering teamwork are crucial aspects of team management.
  • Scope Management: Project Managers define and manage project scope, ensuring that project requirements are well-documented, understood by the team, and kept in line with the agreed-upon objectives. They manage scope changes, assess their impact on the project, and communicate the implications to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and managing risks is a critical responsibility of Project Managers. They conduct risk assessments, develop risk mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans to address potential issues that may arise during the project. This includes anticipating technical challenges, resource constraints, and external factors that may impact project success.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Project Managers are responsible for budgetary planning, cost estimation, and financial control of the project. They allocate resources effectively, monitor expenditures, and ensure that the project remains within the allocated budget. They also coordinate with resource managers to secure necessary personnel and equipment.
  • Quality Assurance: Project Managers establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables.   • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2-years Project Management experience in the IT industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Strong Interpersonal & Analytical Skills.
  • A Project Management Related Qualification will be a definite advantage.
