Job Role: Project(s) Executive (NCT Civil)

Job Description:

As a Project(s) Executive, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and delivering high-quality results. This position requires a strong understanding of rope access techniques, safety procedures, and project management principles.  

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee rope access work at height projects from initiation to completion.

• Conduct thorough site assessments and surveys to identify project requirements, risks, and challenges.

• Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices for rope access work.

• Procure necessary equipment, materials, and resources for project execution.

• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and track financial performance.

• Coordinate and supervise rope access technicians and other project personnel.

• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure work is performed to the highest standards.

• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or obstacles, and make adjustments as necessary.

• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.

• Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, risk assessments, and final project evaluations.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications.

• Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

• Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in rope access techniques, and safety regulations.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Candidate should hold NDT/HNDE/NCT/NVQ (Civil) or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 years of experience in a technical background

• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.

• Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

• Valid driver’s license.
