Job Description

NGage Strategic Alliance, Sri Lanka’s Pioneering Leader in Public Relations and Integrated Marketing Communications has an immediate opening for an experienced professional with a capacity for public relations and client consulting.

The selected candidate will need to play an independent role to manage PR-led assignments and accounts and participate as a senior team player in pitches and business development. The role involves taking briefs, advising clients on corporate and brand communications, developing and implementing PR, Digital PR, Influencer and media engagement programmes and handling events. He or she will be expected develop articles and press releases, and build a strong rapport with editors, journalists and influencers in the online and print media to generate notable impressions in both traditional and digital media.

Our Agency is reputed as a ‘Place of Learning’ and certified as a “Great Place To Work’ with a non-hierarchical interactive culture where team members collaborate with and learn from others in the agency’s creative, digital and media relations teams by working on projects. The candidate will receive training in various PR, IMC and communications skills through our regular training sessions conducted by the Founder.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree or professional qualification in English, Communications, Marketing or Business. Candidates with Public Relations, Account Management and/or Digital Marketing experience may apply. Those with a PR background and journalism, event management and/or digital marketing skills will have a distinct advantage.
