- Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate staff members or departments.
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and interviews.
- Assisting in managing and coordinating office supplies and inventory.
- Providing administrative assistance to senior management.
- Assisting in making travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members and clients.
- Assisting in organizing office events, meetings, and employee gatherings.
- Collaborating with HR and the administrative team to ensure efficient office operations.
- Handling any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
- A business administration diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a solid command of English.
- Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk staff, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Candidates with experience in the hospitality or travel industry would have an additional advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and staff members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer software and applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
