The Role:

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Your ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients alike will be essential in achieving success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain a proactive talent pipeline by networking, attending industry events, and building relationships with passive candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying them to enhance our recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within the recruitment agency or corporate environment.
• In-depth knowledge of various sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
• Strong ability to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment in Sri Lanka is a plus.
