The Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain a proactive talent pipeline by networking, attending industry events, and building relationships with passive candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying them to enhance our recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within the recruitment agency or corporate environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of various sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
  • Strong ability to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment in Sri Lanka is a plus.
