Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our client companies. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.


-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

-Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top talent across various functional areas.

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

-Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.

-Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment tools and technologies.

-High level of professionalism and ethical standards


-Source and identify top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

-Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and culture fit.

-Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, candidate assessments, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.

-Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

-Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.

-Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent.
