Required Qualifications
· A Bachelor’s degree in food science or relevant specialized field to the food industry.
· 5 years’ of managerial experience in food or related industry.
· Experience of handling local & international food & labelling regulations /ISO/GMP systems.
· Strong leadership skills & sound communication skills.
· Familiarity with food development techniques (especially in fat & oil), quality assurance principals and food analytical techniques.
