Job Description

In this role, you will work within our retail outlet and be responsible for presenting products, promoting features and benefits and processing sales through our systems. You will assist customers in making buying decisions, handle enquires and complaints, and maintain excellent customer service standards at all times. The ideal individual will have a well-rounded skill set, confidence, empathy, patience, and excellent communication and sales skills.

The ideal candidate will be required to assist the team during the weekends. In return, 2 days off will be provided during the week.

Retail Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

A vibrant, welcoming personality and positive attitude.
Approach customers and sell products.
Process customer payments and refunds.
Rearrange and maintain window displays.
Resolve customer enquiries and complaints
Ensure products are presentable and clean.
Receive deliveries and conduct stock updates.
Ability to manage well under pressure.
Efficient, hard-working, proactive and self-motivated.
Have good verbal and written communication skills.
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
