The candidate will be required to assist customers in making purchases, answering product-related questions, and providing support for other showroom-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
· Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
· Help customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
· Maintain a clean and organized showroom at all times.
· Assist with the setup of displays, product placement, and visual merchandising.
· Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
· Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
· Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with new product launches and promotions.
· Perform other showroom-related duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in a retail sales or customer service role preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Proficiency in using computer software for point of sale and inventory management.
· Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
