The Opportunity

As a Sales Analyst at Applova Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and recommendations.Your findings and recommendations will directly impact strategic sales initiatives, forecasting, and decision-making processes within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
  • Track and monitor sales metrics, including revenue, market share, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention. Identify areas of improvement and provide regular reports and dashboards to the sales team and management
  • Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in the sales process and propose recommendations for improvement
  • Generate regular sales reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate key findings, sales performance, and recommendations to the senior management
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date sales data. Ensure data integrity and consistency across the CRM platform
  • Work closely with sales representatives, account managers, and other internal stakeholders to provide analytical support, answer data-related queries, and provide insights to optimize individual and team performance

Required skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus
  • 3+ experience as a Sales Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in the technology industry
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Microsoft Excel, CRM, and google sheets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data and insights to diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies, market research, and competitive analysis techniques

Working hours will be from 3pm to 12am. The selected candidate can expect an attractive remuneration package with other corporate fringe benefits.
