Are you a self-driven and articulate team player with a passion for Lead Generation and Sales? We are currently seeking a skilled Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process, from strategically sourcing new leads to qualifying opportunities and contributing to the growth of our global sales funnel. Your primary focus will be creating product and brand awareness, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in providing design and tech services across multiple industry verticals on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
Identify target prospects followed by a well-defined follow through plan to aggressively close new business.
Building a pipeline of qualified leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives.
On a daily basis, track prospects – identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific needs
Respond to new sales opportunities (from existing contacts or generated sales leads)
Understand client needs, industry trends and develop winning proposals through consultative solutioning
Requirements:
– Experience selling outsourcing BPO/KPO and consulting services/solutions
– Experience in sales or business development roles in a B2B consulting, services, or technology focused environment
– Experience in driving successful revenue generating and selling of consulting, BPO/KPO, and managed services solutions
– Experience constructing and presenting commercial proposals
– Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar sales or lead generation role.
– Work from our office in Sri Lanka.
– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
– Self-driven, motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
– Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales activities and pipeline will be an added advantage.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
