The Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive our business expansion in the US market. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for entering new markets, excel in communication via phone, email, and in-person, and possess exceptional business communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop client engagement strategies, such as mail and cold call campaigns
  • Generate new business leads and convert inbound prospects into customers
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle and support new business development initiatives
  • Research and identify key market segments within the restaurant industry to target
  • Thoroughly understand the product and effectively communicate its features to prospects
  • Retain the current designated customer base by providing exceptional service and building professional relationships

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
  • A passion for sales and consultative selling
  • Strong personal image, business acumen, relationship management, and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language

Work hours will be during US daytime. Selected candidates can expect an excellent remuneration package along with other corporate fringe benefits.
