Job Description

As a team of experts in software design, development, and digital marketing, we are dedicated to creating innovative products that make a difference in the world. Our experienced team of designers, developers, and marketers work together to develop growth-focused solutions for businesses. We are now expanding our team and seeking two talented Sales Development Representatives to join us!

Responsibilities;

Prospect new business in the UK via a combination of phone, social and email outreach.
Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
Report on KPI metrics to senior management on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Maintain internal CRM system to ensure an accurate record of outreach and lead funnel.

Requirements;

A bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
Understanding of the digital marketing and social media landscape.
Strong communication skills via phone and email.
Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.

Remuneration: Basic Salary + Incentives

Earnings Potential: LKR 120,00 plus per month with performance-based incentives!
