Job Description

As a Solar Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our cutting-edge solar energy solutions to clients worldwide.

Responsibilities 

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and utility companies.
  • Assess client needs and propose customized solar energy solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare detailed project proposals, including system designs, cost estimates, and financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company’s presence and generate leads.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process and post-installation.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in solar sales, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, components, and installation processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and generate reports.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
