As a B2B Sales Executive in our dynamic sales Division, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and lead generation: Identifying and targeting potential clients in the B2B segment, through various channels.
- Relationship building: Developing and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organisations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Consultative selling: Acting as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their tecnical challenges and offering customised product recommendations and solutions.
- Sales pipeline management: Managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Market intelligence: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the chemical or related industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
