We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Sales Executive will be to generate leads, identify prospects, and maintain strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
- Identify and target potential clients in the B2B market, focusing on companies in the IT sector.
- Conduct cold calls and emails to introduce our services, effectively communicate the value proposition, and schedule meetings with prospects.
- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to understand their specific hiring needs and pain points.
- Present product demos and provide training sessions to both prospects and existing clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, addressing any concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Revive old leads and opportunities, re-engaging with past prospects to explore new possibilities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights, exchange best practices, and contribute to overall sales strategy.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by closing deals and securing agreements with a minimum of 5 new companies per month.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software to track leads, manage opportunities, and monitor sales performance.
