Job Description

MegaPay (Pvt) Ltd. (Pay&Go Sri Lanka) is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Operations Assistant to join our Sales team. As a Sales Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team’s efforts to exceed targets and deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will work closely with the sales team, as well as other cross-functional departments, to ensure smooth operations, accurate data management, and efficient sales processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales reports, performance dashboards, and metrics analysis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely data entry into CRM systems.
  • Monitor and maintain the integrity of sales data, including lead information, contact details, and opportunities.
  • Create sales agreements and contracts in coordination with the sales team and legal department.
  • Respond promptly to dealers’ requests, inquiries, and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Support the sales team in tracking and managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
  • Help identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements for enhanced efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to generate insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
