Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales & Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial water treatment sales support, routing services, trouble shooting for procesess of water treatment aplications such as boiler, cooling system, raw & waste water treatment, testing & monitoring chemical levels and providing technical advise to our customers. The position will involve some travelling, so the candidate must be comfortable with occasional travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support, routing services, trouble shooting for procesess of water treatment aplications such as boiler, cooling system, raw & waste water treatment, testing & monitoring chemical levels and providing technical advise to our customers
  • Support customers to develop and implement industry best practices
  • Train customers on how to operate and maintain their equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
  • Handle water treatment projects and services

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering or in a related feild (Part qualified will be considered for Trainee Service Engineer).
  • Strong Soft Skills with Positive Attitude
  • Ability to deliver results in challanging enviroment with minimum supervision.
  • Must have a valid riding & driving licence & shall be willing to travel any part of the country.
  • Proficiency in excel & ability to handle other office packages.
  • Excellent written & communication skills in English.
  • Previous experiance in water treatment will be an added advantage.
  • Having a vehicle or motor bike will be an added advantage.
