Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative in our camera shop, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales by promoting and selling camera equipment and accessories. Your passion for photography and in-depth product knowledge will be instrumental in assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions. You will also play a vital role in maintaining store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
-Engage with customers to understand their photography needs and recommend suitable binoculars, lenses, accessories, and equipment.
-Demonstrate binoculars features, functionality, and benefits to customers, helping them make informed purchase decisions.
-Cross-sell and upsell related optic products and services, such as memory cards, tripods, camera bags, binoculars, spotting-scopes sports optics, medical optics and extended warranties.
-Keep up-to-date with the latest camera technology, trends, and industry developments to effectively communicate product information to customers.
-Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are appealing and well-stocked at all times.
-Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
-Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and meet store objectives.
-Assist in inventory management, including receiving, restocking, and conducting regular inventory checks.
-Stay informed about promotional activities, discounts, and special offers, and communicate them to customers.
-Continuously enhance product knowledge through training sessions and self-study.
