Responsibilities
•Drive Improvement projects on processes to improve Productivity and Improve SLA performance.
•Be responsible for the Operational excellence Framework for one/multiple deals.
•Drive change and manage operational automation delivery.
•Initiate quality control mechanisms to processes assigned and Identification of productivity opportunities of processes assigned.
•Drive prioritization and coordination with internal teams to identify outcomes focused delivery results and realize efficiencies to proactively create customer satisfaction.
•Effectively manage stake holder expectations of clients and resolve conflicts that balance vendor and internal needs for technical, implementation, and operational issues across BPO Operations.
Basic Qualifications
•Experience of 3 years in relevant field.
•Knowledge of Quality tools and Techniques essential.
•Work experience in a BPO – Operational Excellence or Knowledge in Lean and other quality practices in manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
•Strong Communication and Presentation skills
