We are an innovative and fast-growing provider of e-learning solutions who had been in the industry for over 15 years. We are looking for a senior sales professional to lead the sales & business development activities of the company by developing new business, selling ‘bespoke eLearning solutions and/or e-learning content solutions to local and global clientele.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for using social media platforms, along with other communication methods, to identify and engage potential customers. Your primary focus will be on creating new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

Responsibilities

·        Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and expand the client base.

·    Utilize social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook) to identify and engage potential

customers.

·        Conduct research to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers.

·        Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach and relationship building.

·        Conduct thorough market analysis and stay updated on industry trends.

·        Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of leads into opportunities.

Requirements

·    Proven track record as a Business Development Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in the

enterprise solutions selling.

·    Demonstrable experience in generating leads using social media platforms and other communication methods.

·   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and decision-

makers.

·   Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals.

·   Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·   Solid understanding of market research and analysis techniques.

·   Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.

·   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
