Job Responsibilities
§ Communicate with customers in a more professional manner and provide information.
§ Align with QA process in the company.
§ Resolving and providing feedback on customer complaints.
§ Handling on the job training.
Job Requirements
§ Degree or Diploma related to Sales, Marketing or Equivalent.
§ At least one year working experience in similar capacity.
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English & Sinhala)
§ Computer Literacy-Good in MS Excel and MS Word.
§ Keen in dynamic, growing start up culture.
§ Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives.
§ Knowledge in QA related activities is an added advantage.
