Looking for a dynamic and energetic individual who intends to pursue a career in HR and joined as Senior Executive in Corporates HR.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Monitor team’s manpower requirements and communicate them to the expert team for timely sourcing of the right candidates.
• Advise/support in obtaining finalized recruitment specifications and ensure timely submission of recruitment requisition forms.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure timely completion of KPIs and performance reviews.
• Liaise with HODs and HR teams to fulfill the needs of new recruits and provide necessary resources for their onboarding.
• Spend time with assigned teams to understand the business and culture, and provide HR support accordingly.
• Support the HR aspects of the organization’s strategy and work with the strategy champion on HR-related matters.
• Manage internships by issuing necessary documents, maintaining attendance records, and addressing any concerns or difficulties faced by interns.
• Assist in carrying out welfare and CSR activities in coordination.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
PERSON’S PROFILE
• A Degree in Human Resources Management/well recognized professional qualification in HR
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a reputed Organization in the field of HR
• An excellent command of communication in both Sinhala and English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good leadership skills and a high-level creativity and energy
