Job Description

Executive/Senior Executive Visa Services – Colombo

Responsibilities

Handling visa requirement for all customers including filling and uploading all necessary documents to the relevant consular sites.
Visa submission and collecting and fixing appointment where required.
Visa consultation on the requirements for applying for visas.
Assisting with immigration services such as visa extensions, passport extensions and new passports.
Timely collection of monies due for the service provided.
Promoting visa services among agents, institutions, associations, corporates etc.

Requirement

Through knowledge of Visa requirements of all relevant countries.
3-4 years of experience in handing visas.
Knowledge of using GDS system and issuing of tickets will be an advantage.
Good relationship with staff at the various consular offices and Immigration department.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Salary-Negotiable
