The Role

We are looking for outstanding senior business analysts to provide analytical problem-solving knowledge, skills, and experience to develop business requirements and solutions.

Are you a talented Business Analyst looking for a new and exciting opportunity to work for a growing, ambitious, innovative, and expanding company?

Day-to-day

  • Interact with product owners and stakeholders to communicate, gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Assists in managing requirements and prioritization within the Product Backlog through the business value matrix, alignment with the business roadmap, and available resource
  • Create wireframes, mockups, diagrams, flowcharts, and other relevant documents to provide direction to the development team and other stakeholders
  • Add value to the product by analyzing the market, and competitors on a regular basis
  • Manage requirements and handle changes in a controlled manner
  • Conduct UATs
  • Analyse business requirements and create functional specifications for analytic services and applications.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of projects that meet business requirements.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Analyse user needs and develop solutions to business problems.
  • Identify and document process improvements.
  • Monitor project progress and provide feedback to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyse trends and develop recommendations for business process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related degree with at least 3 – 5 years as a Business Analyst
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving & critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in the following areas will be an added advantage
  • Experience in mobile APP and product development
  • Scrum/Agile development methodologies
  • Experience in UX/UI designing
  • Knowledge on Basic programming
