HealthRecon Connect provides technology-enabled Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions to US healthcare providers. We leverage over 30 years of deep domain expertise, cutting-edge analytics as well as machine learning, Artificial Intelligence and Automated workflows to help improve cashflow, patient outcomes and enable peace of mind for our clients.

We welcome applications from experienced, passionate marketing professionals to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, executing and analyzing our marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the leadership team and sales team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans.
• Enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including digital content, presentations, and sales material.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Align marketing initiatives with sales goals and support lead generation efforts.
• Oversee marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Maintain rigor in management information regarding functional performance against KPIs

Qualifications/Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in managing marketing function, working with executive leadership level.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms (i.e., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Agile CRM).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working within brief and strict timelines.
• Ability to work under pressure and thrive within a small team environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Monday to Friday

Shift:

7.30pm to 4.00am SLT
