Role Profile

• Responding to technical and commercial elements of RFIs/RFPs by adhering to documentation standards of the company. Compiling all technical and commercial documentation to submit to the customers based on the RFP/RFI/RFQ’s requirements such as Technical Proposals, Statement of Compliance (SoC), BOQ’s, commercial quotations etc.
• Work closely with internal technical teams to align solution scope, addressing customer requirements while having the ability to recommend solutions that optimize value for both Wavenet and the customer.
• Communicate exceptionally well both in verbal and written mediums and able to convey confidence and be a consultant at client technical and business problems and technology trends.
• Leading and owning the post-sales project workshops and conducting the requirement elicitation to understand customer technical and business requirements.
• Responsible in developing and signing off the Detail Requirement Specification (DRS) after a successful workshop.
• Conducting product awareness sessions to inform the business challenges, collaborate and support the product management and engineering teams, to shape go-to-market plans and product strategy.
• Traveling overseas to client sites for product/solution presentations, demonstrations, project workshops, and consultation.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, BIS or Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant presales or Business Analyst / Consulting experience in the software field.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills required to work with a multicultural team and international clients.
