Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholders’ satisfaction. The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, while effectively managing resources, risks, and budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage resources to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors or partners.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, best practices, and quality standards.
• Manage and motivate project team members, providing guidance, support, and mentoring as needed.
• Conduct project reviews and retrospectives to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (2+ Years) as a Project Manager in the software development industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to effectively interact with clients, executives, and team members at all levels.
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management tools, software, collaboration, and productivity tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• PMP or Agile certifications are preferred.
• Experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with software development methodologies and technologies.
