Job Description

We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Attend to walk-in clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and assisting them in selecting furniture and accessories that meet their needs
  • Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to promote our interior and furniture solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, designers, contractors, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and effectively manage the sales pipeline.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including generating reports, working with the ERP system, and client databases, preparing sales reports, and coordinating appointments and meetings.


  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldMBA preferred.
  • Any qualification related to Interior Designing would be an added advantage, 
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the interior and furniture manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network and relationships within the industry, including architects, designers, contractors, and decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with business acumen and the ability to identify market opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
