Job Description

SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE – SHOWROOM

We are the leading market player in the flooring industry with range of products in Outdoor and Indoor which brings you to the next level of flooring in the industry in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a self – Motivated, energetic, dynamic, and dedicated Individual to take up the position.

Requirement:

  • 3 years’ experience out of which minimum of 1 year in the fields of Construction Material or Interior fit out environment.
  • Part / Full qualification in CIM/SLIM or related degree.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and online applications
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English is a must.
  • Creative, problem – solving skills and self – starter with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Job Profile:

  • Follow up on leads, conclude sales and customer care.
  • Maintain the Showroom as a professional place of business.
  • Handling customers in a friendly manner and providing superior customer service while developing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Prospects who are contacting the showroom via telephone & emails.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
